Cancellation Policy

  • Sessions must be cancelled prior to 12 hours before the time of session. Cancellations after that 12-hour time period will lose the session.
  • Single Sessions and New Client Special Sessions expire 30 days after the date of purchase.
  • Packages expires 16 weeks after the date of purchase. Can be shared with friends/family.
  • Memberships can not be shared with family or friends. 3-month minimum commitment then cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
