Cancellation Policy

  • Sessions must be cancelled prior to 12 hours before the time of session. Cancellations after that 12-hour time period will lose the session.
  • Single Sessions and New Client Special Sessions expire 30 days after the date of purchase.
  • Flexible 10 Package expires 16 weeks after the date of purchase. Can be shared with friends/family.
  • Memberships can not be shared with family or friends and rolls over month-to-month after the term ends. Cancellation fee of $250 if canceled within its term. Hold/Pause memberships possible after the initial term ends. All unused Sessions roll over and expire after 3 months for all Plan memberships or 6 months for Peak memberships.
